AAHOA Members,

Yesterday morning, Hurricane Laura made landfall in Louisiana and Texas, resulting in immeasurable destruction and tragic loss of life. Our thoughts are with all of those affected by this catastrophic event. Know that AAHOA is here to help. Contact us at info@aahoa.com if we can be of assistance.

August comes to a close, negotiations in Washington, D.C. over the price tag of the next COVID-19 relief package remain in a deadlock.
Congress will not return from the August recess until September 8. In the meantime, I encourage all AAHOA Members to contact your legislators, and urge them to support our industry priorities.

AAHOA is here for you every step of the way, and I want to thank you for communicating and working with us as we lead our industry during these challenging times.

Staton said. Read the full article here, then do your part by sending a letter to Congress.

Congress Is in Recess, But We Need Your Help to Keep Pushing for Relief for Hoteliers

Congress is officially on recess through Labor Day, but AAHOA is strongly positioned to continue pushing to have our policy priorities included in both the HEROES Act and the HEALS Act. But we must continue to ensure that when a final relief package is passed, it includes relief and protection for the hotel industry. You can help our advocacy efforts by sending a letter to your representative to make sure they prioritize hotel owners.
