Canning Highway, between East Street and James Street
Monday 12 October to Tuesday 13 October 2026 (two nights)*

- Night works are required to install signal loop detectors and signs.
- Intermittent stop / slow traffic management on Canning Highway, between East Steet and James Street.
- Speed reduced to 40km/hr.
Queen Victoria Street, Podger Lane and Swan Street Intersection
Wednesday 14 October to Thursday 15 October (2 nights)*
7pm - 5am
- Night works are required to resurface a section of Queen Victoria Street, Swan Street and Podger Lane.
- Traffic controllers will be present at the Queen Victoria Street and Tydeman Road intersection to provide access to vehicles traveling into the north bank area.
- Alternatively, please use Burns Street to enter and Pensioners Guard Road to exit.
- Speed reduced to 40km/hr.
Stirling Highway and Tydeman Road Intersection
Thursday 15 October to Saturday 17 October 2026 (three nights)*
Monday 19 October to Friday 23 October 2026 (five nights)*
Monday 26 October to Tuesday 3 November (nine nights)*
7pm - 5am
- Night works are required to locate services and undertake Intelligent Transport System (ITS) upgrades.
- Lane closures on the approach to the intersection.
- Speed reduced to 40km/hr.
Please follow all traffic management in these areas and road users are encouraged to plan ahead. Drivers are advised to exercise caution and consider pedestrian/cyclist safety.
