Please find following the latest construction progress update for The Bedford by Mosaic at 16-30 Prospect Street, Kangaroo Point.
We continue to progress key building works across multiple levels, with the tower structure now at Level 4.
Deliveries and heavy vehicle movements to and from the site will continue and be managed in accordance with the approved Traffic Management Plan. Traffic controllers will be in place during site hours to ensure the safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians in the surrounding area.
Construction activity will remain within approved standard hours of 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Saturday.
Separately, Energex is anticipated to commence electrical infrastructure works along the northern side of Ferry Street later this month. Further information regarding the timing and duration of these works will be provided closer to commencement.
