Please find following the latest construction progress update for The Bedford by Mosaic at 16-30 Prospect Street, Kangaroo Point, including details of upcoming works that may affect you.
Mosaic Construction continues to maintain strong momentum on-site despite recent inclement weather.
In June, sewer connection works are scheduled along Prospect Street, while two of the three transfer slab pours are planned to be undertaken on-site mid-month.
These works, particularly the transfer slab pour, require a carefully coordinated process with precise planning and early start times to remain dependent on favourable and consistent stretches of weather.
Rest assured, we will share further details as we approach the anticipated work dates.
Traffic control measures will remain in place while trucks and machinery move to and from the site during standard operating hours, 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Saturday.
