We hope this finds you well.
We are writing to inform you of upcoming works at our Josephine by Mosaic site located at 166 The Esplanade, Burleigh Heads.
Our contractor is currently undertaking demolition of the existing structures. As part of these works, they are required to safely remove all asbestos‑containing materials identified within our independent hygienist report, asbestos register and asbestos management plan.
Prior to commencement, our contractor has undertaken all necessary preparations to ensure this removal is completed safely and in full accordance with regulations and codes of practice.
These specialised works are scheduled to begin shortly, and we want to assure you ahead of time that there will be no risk or impact to the surrounding community.
About the Works

Licensed Asbestos Removalist: On Demand Diggers & Demolition (A Class licence – WHSQ Licence 2334962)

Regulator Notification: Workplace Health & Safety Queensland formally notified (12 March 2026)

Expected Duration: Approximately 4 weeks

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:00am–5:00pm
Safety & Environmental Controls
All works will be undertaken in line with strict safety, environmental and regulatory requirements. This includes independent clearance inspections and certification.
All asbestos treatment and removal activities will be fully contained, ensuring no disturbance, emissions or health impacts to nearby residents or businesses.
Community Impact
Based on the approved methodology, no disruption to your daily activities is expected.
All works will remain entirely within the site boundary, with only standard construction‑related noise occurring during approved working hours.
