Dear Valued Stakeholder,
Welcome to the latest progress update for your beautiful Masterpiece Series home at Isabel by Mosaic. I hope you and your loved ones are well and you had a wonderful Easter break.
Despite battling persistent wet weather conditions, Mosaic Construction has worked exceptionally hard to maintain Isabel's program and headway.
In great news, March saw the team complete piling works to the site perimeter as planned, after which they initiated the capping beam installation.
As touched on in my last update, the capping beam is a crucial horizontal structural element that sits atop the perimeter's piles. It is pivotal for evenly distributing weight loads, guaranteeing optimal support for the structure above, and reinforcing the foundation's strength.
Weather permitting, the team will shortly complete this critical task, after which they will start setting up the dewatering plant in preparation for bulk excavation.
A dewatering plant employs pumps, wells, and filtration systems to extract surplus water from the ground. By lowering the water table, it ensures a dry construction area, facilitating safe and efficient activities.
At the same time, if everything goes according to plan, civil connections will be finalised.
These are the infrastructure and utilities connections necessary for a residential property to function. They include connecting to municipal services such as water supply, sewerage, electricity, gas, and telecommunications.
I will be back in touch in early May with another update. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions in the meantime.
Kind Regards,
|
