Dear Valued Stakeholder,
We hope this finds you well.
Please find following the latest construction progress update for Isabel by Mosaic at 96 The Esplanade, Burleigh Heads, including any works that might impact you.
This month, our team will persist in preparing for bulk excavation works, advancing further in the process of trimming the concrete piles.
We acknowledge that these activities may result in increased noise levels and sincerely appreciate your understanding as we strive to expedite the completion of this phase.
Additionally, we are scheduled to install boom gates at the entrance of Isabel's site on The Esplanade in mid-April, weather pending.
As previously mentioned, these gates are crucial for facilitating access for heavy vehicles, ensuring compliance with our approved traffic management plan, which is available for viewing on request.
Civil works to Isabel's verge will also continue throughout April, potentially necessitating intermittent partial closures of the road and footpath during site hours, from 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday through Saturday.
During these closures, traffic control will remain in place to manage pedestrian and traffic diversions, with access maintained to neighbouring properties at all times.
Mosaic Construction has obtained the required permits to install the boom gate and for the partial closures from the City of Gold Coast, also available for viewing on request.
Thank you for your continued patience as we progress with construction work.
Should you have any questions or concerns regarding the above, please do not hesitate to contact me via the information below.
Kind regards,
