Optimize the Prospects for Prompt Resolution of Your Dispute

CPR Dispute Resolution has launched a pilot program, B2B Dispute Resolution Planning, where parties to a commercial dispute will be offered the chance to work with an independent, impartial neutral (a process design facilitator) to plan out and design the most efficient dispute resolution process based on the parties’ needs, interests, and the nature of the dispute. During the pilot program, the facilitator will work with the parties for four hours free of charge.
