Pandemics & Academics: What is the Data Telling
There is no question that the pandemic and time of unrest we are facing has impacted how we live, but how has it impacted REALTORS® and the housing market? Join MAR's very own Director of Research and Economics, David Arbit, to hear more about how data can provide historical reference and potential predictions for the future of real estate as we know it.
This course is approved by the MN Commissioner of Commerce for 1.5 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education.

Housing Opportunities and Racial Disparities in the United States: How the Past Informs the Present
This course focuses on understanding current racial disparities in homeownership trends. The course reviews current data for homeownership rate and household wealth by race in US households. It also explores how housing programs in the past, specifically the neighborhood grading schemes created through the Home Owners Loan Corporation, have influenced these disparities and continue to be evident in neighborhood-level today. The course explores these topics through case studies and discussions of how realtors can use this information to support relationships with their clients. This course is approved by the MN Commissioner of Commerce for 1.5 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education.

Supra Discontinuing Display Key

Supra has discontinued the Display Key, and all Display Keys will be inactivated on November 10, 2020. Display Key holders who want to maintain key access will need to convert to a new key prior to that date. MAR is encouraging members to make the transition to the eKEY.

MAR is working with Supra to make this as seamless a transition as possible. If you would like to make the transition now, please contact us. MAR staff are ready and eager to help. Learn more here or contact info@mplsrealtor.com or (952) 933-9020 for guidance.

Watch the video below to learn more about remote programming the eKEY.
