Dear Partner,

We would like to inform you of changes relating to our electronic communication procedure for new business and application follow-up as well as in force management.

As of September 28th, all electronic administrative communication for new business and in force business will now be sent, by default, to both the GA and the broker. It will not be possible to add new recipients or remove any of the
pre-established recipients.

Please note that the electronic communication directives for our VIP brokers will remain as is currently in use.

Do not hesitate to contact me if you have questions or if you need to update your electronic correspondence addresses for New business or In force business follow up.
