COVID-19 Update and FAQs

As the rest of the world, the bibliotheca team is closely monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak and hoping our library customers are staying healthy and alert. We understand that libraries are critical institutions where large groups of people gather. We can imagine the stress this causes on your library system and would like to share a few updates as well as answers to questions we’ve received. 

If any installations or in-person meetings must be postponed due to COVID-19, you will be notified as soon as possible, and we apologize for any inconvenience.  

We have received questions from libraries around the world, looking for advice. Below are some answers we wanted to pass along.  

How should we best clean and disinfect bibliotheca solutions?  
Many users interact with bibliotheca solutions throughout the day. To disinfect commonly touched surfaces, we suggest that you apply a 70% Isopropyl Alcohol solution to a clean cloth or soft tissue. Ensure the cloth is damp, not wet. Do not spray the solution directly on the monitor.
