On Saturday, March 23, at the Kawana Aquatic Centre, we proudly made history with our biggest Mosaic Property Group MS Queensland Supersplash fundraising effort to date, realising an astounding $53,196. This accomplishment, achieved during our eighth year of partnership with MS Qld, owes its success to the exceptional and humbling support of our team, families, friends, stakeholders, customers, and suppliers, buoyed by dollar-for-dollar matching from the Mosaic Foundation. These funds will have a direct and profound impact, supporting specialist nursing services, education initiatives, wellness programs, and providing financial assistance to individuals affected by MS. Additionally, they will fuel the advancement of research aimed at developing more effective treatments. We extend our deepest gratitude to everyone involved and who supported us. The event holds significant meaning for Mosaic, and we're greatly heartened by the strides we've made with MS Qld over the years. Thank you to Rebecca from MS Qld for visiting our Brisbane HQ to celebrate this milestone achievement with Mosaic COO Marina Vit (L) and our 2024 MS Supersplash Team Captain Amy Mumberson (R). Mosaic Construction has achieved an exceptional milestone, surpassing expectations by topping out at The Mowbray by Mosaic in East Brisbane several weeks ahead of schedule. Their relentless commitment to both timelines and quality sets standards for efficiency in construction and highlights the importance of strategic planning and flawless execution. Mosaic's Founder and Managing Director Brook Monahan recently participated in The Urban Developer's 2024 SEQ Residential Summit at the Calile Hotel, specifically a Q&A panel that provided on-the-ground insights from developers currently delivering apartment projects across Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast. Brook joined TUD's Founder Adam Di Marco, Cleighton Clark - Managing Director, Habitat Development Group, and Alex Levy - Project Director, Mirvac, to deliver his thoughts on SEQ's opportunities and challenges.
