The BASIX energy efficiency requirements in NSW have been subject to a major update as part of the NCC 2022 changes.
This includes changes to both the thermal fabric stringency level and the energy targets for the building services. On top of this, there is now new requirements to measure and report on the embodied emissions of the materials that go into a home.
