Ai Group has lodged a detailed Submission for consideration in the preparation of the Federal Government’s Employment White Paper (EWP).

Ai Group’s Submission brings together contributions from across our policy teams with particular emphasis on skills, education and training; workplace relations; and migration.
The aim of the EWP is to “provide a roadmap for Australia to build a bigger, better-trained and more productive workforce – to boost incomes and living standards and create more opportunities for more Australians.”
The EWP will build on the themes and outcomes of the Jobs and Skills Summit held in early September 2022 at which Ai Group was an important contributor.

The Government has committed to releasing the EWP before the end of September 2023.
