About this event

Do you want your business to win more bids and tenders? This workshop is for you.

When organisations – both government and private sector – award major contracts, the successful proponents then come to market for a wide range of products and services in smaller procurement/work packages. Smaller suppliers often don’t have the know-how to respond to these opportunities in a compelling way.

This half-day workshop delivered by Shipley, a global market leader in bid and tender proposal management, comprises a series of interactive learning activities to help participants plan for and better prepare quality bids and tender submissions.

Pre-Event activity Participants will receive video material to view before the event. A quick online test poll will follow this up to check participant understanding of the video material. Participants will have access to their online video library for the duration of their participation in the project. Jeremy will review and assess the data gathered in these interactions to better frame coaching for participants in the main event.

Shipley will also provide access to an online tool introducing the concept of self-testing for Pwin - Probability of Winning.

Main Event The main event is a series of interactive learning activities supporting the five critical bid success factors: 1. Maximise win rates 2. Avoid wasting time & money 3. Positively influence client perceptions in their favour 4. Reduce the risk of rejected bid submissions 5. Build customer trust

Post-Event Shipley will email participants a weekly exercise (optional) for completion - with email feedback on work submitted. Additionally, Shipley will also host 6 x fortnightly lunchtime webinars (40mins each) for group discussion on topics of interest or concern to participants.

Typical topics discussed in these de-briefs include: Necessary certifications and compliances for supporting bid claims Development of pre-meeting planners and supporting collateral Management education and buy-in to best support technical and bid team changes

Your EP Facilitator will receive monthly reports on your progress - with a particular focus on topics or focus areas where you will be best assisted with related support.
