About this app

my health is a secure and convenient way to view key health information that you, your healthcare providers or representatives have uploaded to My Health Record. It’s fast, easy, and secure - and you can access and share it all from the palm of your hand.

 To start using my health, you’ll need:
    a myGov account linked to My Health Record

    to have logged into your My Health Record


 For help to do this, please follow all 3 steps to set up your record online -

my health provides easy access to key health information once uploaded, including information on health services:
  • medicine information history

  • pathology results, including COVID-19 test results

  • proof of vaccination history and upcoming immunisations

  • allergy and reactions information

  • hospital discharge summaries

  • advance care planning documents

  • find a health service

  • book a health service (where available)

  • link to healthdirect Australia’s symptom checker and medicines information

    The app functions ok, but logging in instructions are wrong. If you set up a PIN for added security, then log in, you are greeted with a message that states you can use your fingerprint OR your PIN. You still have to enter your PIN after your fingerprint. The message should say you must use your fingerprint AND your PIN. While this process is clear after a little trial and error, it is yet another example of the failure of app writers' ability to use simple accurate language.

    This app keeps crashing! I get about 30 seconds into reading my results and it crashes!! Please fix asap! I need my results! *UPDATE. I have emailed your company and have had no reply. I now click on "My Test Results" it tries to load and then the App shuts down.

    Throws a fit every time I click a link to get more information and navigate back to the screen I was in. Today I have logged in seven times and re-linked with myGov twice, just to find out that the reports from last weeks pathology aren't available yet. I'm going back to using a browser, it's faster and works the first time. This app is currently not fit for purpose.
