It will identify MN organizations that currently work toward eradicating racism in Real Estate and the Real Estate professional’s role in enduring fair housing for all. We will examine individual bias that interferes in the effective and fair practice of Real Estate. This course seeks to help create a diverse model and better understand the benefits of diversity. This course is approved by the MN Commissioner of Commerce for 3.75 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education Credits More Information: For decades, the real estate industry—including agents, appraisers, and lenders—has had a powerful influence on who has access to homeownership and where. That unjust influence has led to Minnesota having the largest racial home ownership gaps in the United States, as well as the huge racial wealth gap that persists today.
