    In-Person Online Registration

    Registration Form: If you are paying for your in-person conference registration with a PO and/or check please include the registration form. Credit cards will not be accepted on paper forms. You must register online when using a credit card. No paper forms will be accepted after September 20. Faxed registrations and payments will not be processed at the Executive Office after September 20. Registrations onsite must be paid with a credit card or guaranteed with an actual purchase order.

    Virtual Ticket Online Registration

Cancellations and Transfers

In-Person Registrants

To receive a refund of conference fees, less a $50 processing fee, send a written request to nacada@ksu.edu by September 12. After this date, 50% will be refunded with written notification until September 26. No refund requests can be granted after September 26. No shows will not be granted a refund. Eligible refund checks will be issued after conference. 

Virtual Ticket Registrants

Registration for the virtual ticket will close Thursday, October 24 at 5 pm Central. No registration will be accepted after this date. Refunds will not be granted for virtual registrations. Participants will have access to conference materials for 45 days following the event. 

Transfer Registration to Another Individual

Paid registrations for both the in-person conference and virtual ticket may still be transferred to another individual to attend the event you are registered for. A transfer fee will apply. Membership due requirements will still apply for member registration rates. Only the registered participant will have access to conference materials. After October 18, no transfers of any type will be allowed. 

Transfer Registration to Different Event Format

A one-time transfer of a paid registration from in-person to the virtual ticket or virtual ticket to in-person without a penalty will be allowed prior to September 12. From September 13-26, a $100 transfer fee will be assessed. No registration transfers will be permitted from in-person to virtual after September 26. You can still transfer from the virtual ticket to in-person until October 18 with the transfer fee assessed. After October 18, no transfers of any type will be allowed. It will be the participant's responsibility to secure travel and hotel. NACADA will not be responsible for canceled travel or lodging accommodations.

Annual Conference Specific Policies

By registering for the NACADA Annual Conference, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of NACADA's registration policies and deadlines. 

All participants registered for NACADA's Annual Conference agree not to release other participant's research material or data that is proprietary, copyrighted, unpublished, or otherwise not available in the public domain to anyone who did not register for and participate in the conference. Use of presenter's material is not allowed without expressed permission and consent. 

NACADA Event Platform: Do not share your NACADA event platform login information for the conference. NACADA reserves the right to restrict access to the event should a participant not adhere to these guidelines.
