Redroof is one of the first brand to create the Women in Leadership platform which has incredible women speakers and educational sessions for women in hospitality. As a Female Director of Aahoa, I was honored to have been a speaker at the first forum. Then had the opportunity to server as a advisory council for Redroof. Being able to help women professionally and personally is my goal in life. It’s my privilege to be able to inspire and motivate one another in the hotel industry.
