Carers NSW is delighted to have you join us for one of our National Carers Week 2021 online events.

More dance than exercise you will be lead through simple dance sequences to energise your mind and breathing and relaxation techniques to invite you to let go, be yourselves and have a laugh. The session will include music. Facilitated by Dr Pauline Manley, a dance studies academic for over 20 years with a PhD in mind-body connection and qualified movement instructor.


You will require access to a computer with speakers (a microphone and video camera are a bonus). This session will be delivered using the ZOOM platform. Carers NSW will send you instructions about how you can join the session on the day before each session.
