Stretch Therapy

Carers NSW is delighted to have you join us for one of our National Carers Week 2021 online events.

Stretch Therapy is a wonderful way to discharge accumulated tension and ease those aches and pains all by yourself. This 30 minute session will teach you simple effective techniques for back neck and shoulders. You instructor is Cherie Seeto, Stretch Therapist of 22 years experience.

You will need a dining room chair and a towel for padding.


You will require access to a computer with speakers (a microphone and video camera are a bonus). This session will be delivered using the ZOOM platform. Carers NSW will send you instructions about how you can join the session on the day before each session.
