Carers NSW is delighted to have you join us for one of our National Carers Week 2021 online events.

This webinar will provide an overview of the ‘Building Resilient Brains’, an online resource developed by Lifeline and Carers NSW. This resource is designed to build capacity of carers to implement strategies to manage difficult emotions and stress and implement self-care strategies by applying the Recognise, Respond, Refer framework.

You will require access to a computer with speakers (a microphone and video camera are a bonus). This session will be delivered using the ZOOM platform. Carers NSW will send you instructions about how you can join the session on the day before each session.
