Local Event Venue Secures PIDA Loan for Expansion
The Farm at Eagles Ridge, a destination event venue located on Long Lane in Pequea Township, recently obtained a Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority (PIDA) Tourism loan to enhance its immaculate event venue property.  Pictured in front of their newly constructed carriage house are owners (left to right) Paige and John Flowers and Betsy Montgomery.  The proceeds of the loan also made possible the renovation of the lower level of the barn, the addition of a terrace, and landscaping improvements.  The $325,000 PIDA loan worked in conjuction with senior bank financing.
